Help needed mounting Bestem CF Hugger

I got what looks like a Bestem carbon fibre hugger cheap, but it did not come with any mounting hardware. Can anyone please tell me how to go about mounting it? Pictures of any brackets/mountings would be really helpful. I have no idea how the right hand side should be positioned.
Cheers.

Hope you got it very cheap - they don't fit!
I initialy zip tied through the two round holes to the brake pipe retaining
bracket on the swing arm but the hugger wasn't square to the tyre.
I then made up a small straight bracket from the brake pipe bracket screw
to the very bottom square part of the hugger R/H side moving the right side
forward and squaring the hugger to the tyre. Even when this is done, the
chainguard is mis-shaped and doesn't sit above the chain run!

I have the Bestem CF Hugger also, just call them up and ask them to send you a bracket for the right side. Its just a simple bracket that works fine. I have had it mounted on my bike for a year now. Just make sure to use nylock nuts so they do come loose. I will try to snap a pic and post it.

Thanks guys. It wasn't just me then. I couldn't even get it to look remotely right, regardless of any bracket i might have been able to dream up. Only paid $100.00AU and the shop gave me my money back without an argument. Have put it toward all the bits for the service I'm about to do. All worked out in the end. Thanks for the input.

Yes its not perfectly straight but if you don't get down and stare at it to me its really not noticable. Heres some pics I just took and I think it still looks good.

This looks like a different Bestem Cf hugger than the one I am eyeing on ebay. The one I like has no chain guard and the one pictured above seems as though it does.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Kawasaki-ZX10R-08-10-Carbon-Fiber-Hugger-MudGuard-_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZalgoQ3dSIQ26itsQ3dIQ26ituQ3dUCIQ252BUAQ252BFICSQ26otnQ3d20Q26pmodQ3d140531614021Q26psQ3d54QQ_trksidZp3284Q2em263QQitemZ130540521074#ht_1069wt_927

Any idea if the hugger in the link to ebay will fit better than the hugger with chain guard?

I guess i will have to continue searching. Thanks for pointing that out!

Since this got bumped up, anyone aware of a hugger for a ZX-14 that does NOT have a chain guard?

Shannon at OSR makes them but I think it's for a aftermarket arm.

I don't plan to change the swing arm. Sounds like I am going to have to look at modding a hugger w chain guard some day. Maybe I will try to mold one out of fiber glass. I really need something that wil fit with a 190/55 tire and I believe I have heard some say that some 55s will rub on a hugger.

If a 55 tire rubs, just add some washers between the hugger and mounting points. The tire isn't that much taller. If you need to scoot the hugged forward, just slot the holes with a drill. Easy fix instead of molding your own.
