I've been running Pilot Road II's for a few thousand miles.
I can't speak highly enough of them. Now maybe I'm not too demanding on my tires in the turns (Florida only has 13 turns in the whole state) and the 14 really isn't the bike to carve serious corners but I'm very impressed with them.
I've got about 3.5K miles on them(front and rear) and over 150 passes at the drag strip. Lot's of small burnouts to warm / clean the rear tire too. I rarely ever have traction issues at the track I go to and have cut some low 1.6's 60' times with 38 psi of pressure. I'd say that my rear tire is about 1/2 way down at this point, and the front shows little ware at all. They do have a sharper profile than the factory tire and in my case, having never ridden my bike on new OEM rubber, the new tires (as always) really sped up the handling. They are quite stable and drama free in the rain as well.
The only down side I can think of is the price. They are never very cheap but you get what you pay for many times in life.

I have been using them for around 4k miles and they have been good tires except I had the front develop a bubble on the sidewall of the tire. They might have been ran at low tire pressure is my best guess at this point but Michelin did give me a discount on a new tire. So their customer service was pretty decent. Again they seem to do well for the type of riding I do and would recommend them. I have used the factory tires, metzler m3's (if I remember right), dunslops, and a few others and I really like michelins.

I love them enough that I have no reason to try to find another tire.
They have been used down to 6 degrees on a trip from NY to FL for bike week and a cross country trip from NY to Vegas where the temps were over 100 degrees once I got to Vegas. I have no complaints, they have performed well for me in all climates and conditions.
I had the stock tires, Avon Storms and I'm on my 4th rear and 2nd front with the PR2's.
The only change I may make is going to the PR3's.

I liked but for the 14 and hard canyon carving they break free out of the apex . A softer less mile tire is safer for that kind of riding.

The Roadsmart is the best tire that I ever used. Multi compound touring tire. However, I had that tire laid over and could goose it in second gear and it would just flat hook coming out of corners.

My 14 came with a Michelin dual compound on the front that had been well used. I've had a couple dual comp tires before and especially regarding the front I've noticed when they get old they cup on the sides badly where the soft compound used to be (wears faster), and then I get really bad stuff going on with the steering. I think a single compound tire gives more consistent performance.
