Finally ran in the 8's!!!!
Well my Buddy let me ride his 08 Busa tonight and I got my first 8 sec slip with an 8.880 at 158.96. it is a stock motord 08 with a 30 shot and brocks pipe with generic ecu flash.64 inch wheelbase. I was 190 unsuited tonight and only had a 1.464 60ft. I feel with a few more passes 8.90's would be there on motor. I made 3 motor passes first, best being 9.08 with a 1.47 60ft and then used the nos on only one run. only had 698 lbs bottle pressure I'm sure that cost me at least .10. He's been 8.59 on it at 165

8s on a Busa ? Silly Rabbit everyone knows stock Busas run 7s with a clutch mod ...

I want to put a small shot on mine. Just can't convince myself to do it without valvesprings.

Well thay say the same thing about the Busa's but the guys having issues are not killing fuel and spark when they are using the airshifter and the pop when it shifts is what's knocking the keepers and retainers off. we have 2 08 Busa's both spraying and niether are having issues. just between this weekend and last weekend the bike I rode has made 46 passes with 25 of them on the spray. bike has 4200 miles and well over 800 passes. and just a side note the bike made 5 nos passes last night and after 5 runs it only used 9/10ths of a pound of nos
