Definitely running much warmer
Since re-installing the turbo an ceramic coated stuff, and wrapping the wastegate and far right down pipe of the header, this bike is definitely running 1-2 bars warmer. For the first times since having the bike, it has hit the top bar on the temp gauge briefly, and unless at highway speeds, the temp bars are about 2 bars higher, now 4, compared to 2 normally down the highway.
My only guess is that the wrapping is somehow inhibiting air flow, though the wastegate is pretty much off to the left side and behind the radiator, and the right down pipe is, well, behind the radiator right side. The wrapping is not touching the radiator.
... I don't like it.

KZScott,
No, everything the same.
Only changes:
ceramic coating header, outside turbo, and exhaust pipe inside and out
wrapped wastegate in 2K thermal blanket, and right side down pipe, one near air intake from turbo.
I removed wastegate wrap 2 hours ago and not sure if there is a change or much of a change. At first though so but then got home and it hit top bar in garage, which has never happened ,as fan will kick in on bar below it, and cook it down well, and to bar below that.
will let engine cool down overnight and take a look see.

sounds like something is blocking the rad or the fan isnt working at full potential....the coating should help lower temps
do you still have the 14 fender? (maybe try the 10?)

Yes, all stock, fender and all. It's a mystery to me right now. Nothing changed in re-install. Bike ran cool before this re-install.
Fan is working great. Will be looking at it closer in the morning after bike has cooled down well. If no radiator leak.... will try a/f look-see/maybe adjust. This is the first time back on bike since temps have spiked to 105 days.
