gained a lot on bottom

pulles real strong on bottom but seems i lost some on top is that because i hav no power commander maybe to lean getting pc

Most chances are you will be pulling fuel at the top(10k range) being factory ecu has it sooo rich.

You need to buy a PC. Now you have got way more air at low rpm and your ecm has no idea what to do. It will pull even harder once you get it mapped depending on the year of your bike.

way to go , now get a power commander and map it, pipe it if you can

Pulling the flies will not change top end mapping, because the flies would be 100% open anyway. It does get you more power sooner and eliminates the big 2stroke hit .
You need a PC to fix the bottom end AF ratio because you have more air compared to stock.
