looks like a review that was done by a child in someone's basement. Though I don't disagree with parts of it; I doubt they did anything except copy comments from other real reviews.

Well with better comfort, better transmission, almost the same performance, better instrumentation, better fit & finish and cheaper: Of course the Kawasaki is second, they probably spend less on PR.

.and I'm a Kawasaki owner so I would think that.

My 08 busa tranny is night and day better then my 14s going into first and running the gears. Also fit and finish is way better on my Busa. not ragging on the 14 just stating my experience everyone on here knows I loved my 14 and had no complaints. And how important is the gauges give me a speedo and a tach and I'm good to go. Shift light on both bikes is worthless IMO and gear indicator I can do without as well. I would like an outside temp reading before those two features. I Also don't think in the hands of customers there is a first or second place both bikes are very good and can't go wrong with either one.

Well i have to agree with Bently the fit and finish on the Busa is far better than on my 06 14. But lets face it the real test will be from someone like Brock cause that's how most are gonna end up riding the bikes anyways. Hurry up Brock!!

Well the guys on the busa site have a little different look at the 08 busa .. Seems it has it share of hiccups... Body panel fix is not all that great and very hard to remove ...Trans has problems shifting .. FI lites and colds start woes...Bad vibrations in the mid rpm range...ECT

Seems the grass is not always greener on the other side of the street ... Check out the thread on the Busa site for yourself ..

I'm not smack talking the new Busa but just showing that it is not the end all of motorcycles like some would lead us to believe ..Just like any bike made it will have problems .

I watched a few of their video reviews. Pretty sad, all they do is show pics of machines going by with cheesy music and very little info...or even real onboard views with engine sound ect. I hope the written stuffs alittle better

Well my grass isn't green here either we got another 4 inches of snow, thats why I could test My bike for cold start up today, my garage was 19.8 degrees and the Bike started right up with no idle problems what so ever. Idled at about 1600 to it was warm then came down to 1100. Of course that's with Brocks map and exhaust, but it never got out of the 50's when the bike came in and a few times I went for a ride in the 30's and that was all stock with same results. Don't like to comment or link to other people saying internet talk. untill I can try something myself on my own bike. And can someone post the link to who ever was saying the Busa was the end to all motorcycles, I would like to comment on that thread how I've owned both bikes and you can't go wrong either way. just have to wait until april untill I can comment on how well the bike holds up to drag strip passes. I know my buddy that had the tranny problems on his 05 hopes his 08 tranny is better.
