that is 8 HP more then the 14 isnt it?? I think brocks 14 made 169 with 124 miles

Yup about 8 hp more and 3 foot pounds torQ ...Brocks had 124 miles on the zx14 and the Busa tested had 474 miles ...
Can't wait to see what in 08 zx14 does ......

I feel much better now seeing those numbers should be in the 190's with Brocks system and map.

I too think that the 14 woulda been in the 170's HP wise with 470 miles on it. It picked up 7 more HP going from 17 miles to 124 miles, so with another 350 miles I think that another 7+ HP is there with more engine break-in. Anyone else agree?

I don't need a clutch mod if it's like the old Busa's. I can go easy 1.55 to 1.57 60 fts stock wheel base. I jumped on a Busa a couple weekends ago and had a 1.61 first pass.

brock said he could see 205 hp with bolt on and 8 seconds run.this is bad bike period.with alittle head work you could see 230 plus hp.this bike will break records in top speed and 1/4mile.

on race fuel I think 205 will be there, my 14 was 189 on pump gas. so I could have probably been 195 on race fuel, so very possible the new busa could get to 205.

How much more do you think they can sqeaze out of that head. They already sqeazed the shit out of it to get this far. I really don't expect to see the great gains in HP with bolt on's that we saw with the 14. I believe the new Busa is already at a higher state of tune, stock than the 06, 07 ZX14's were. We will see soon enough.

with boltons its going to be good. i feel the 14 will out do the 08 busa with bolt-on to bolt-on matchup. thats what more owners will do than building big-blocks and strokers for the busa, or building turbo motors for both. i here the new motor cant be stroked as much as the current one. and it is strange why similar parts like shocks and even headwork at some shops are highier in price for the kaw than suz..
