FYI- zx12 wheels on a zx14
If anyone would like to know, a zx12 rear wheel will fit a 14 no problem. Just use 14 spacers. I just installed one on mine, now Im going to get a slick.

Im pretty sure the 12 wheels are lighter... let me try and find an old post.......i think a guy was talking about painting a set (from each bike) and the 14 wheels were heavier.....

Front wheel hub spacing is too wide. I have a friend that did a conversion on ZRX with ZX14 forks and a ZX12R wheel. It was a lot of machine work to get it to fit. Additionaly you will need to space brake calipers out as the 12R rotos are larger diameter..

just wondering if he used a wheel from a later model 12 that had radial brakes? that may be an easier fit for the 14.

the spacing will be wrong on the front because the 12r has dished brake discs..the 14 are flat

Rear Wheel - Cool, it fits.
Front Wheel - So is it that the 12R hub is wider, or that the brake discs are larger/dished ? Would it work if the 14 rotors fit the 12R wheel ?
I got a pimpin set of Marchesinis, that no one wants to buy, for a 12R. However, I don't have a 12R anymore, and wondered if they might fit a 14 (possible future purchase)... or maybe just another 12R
