PC Maps different - UK & USA
Hi eveyone, just curios. Why are the PC maps on the dynojet website so different for the "standard filter and pipes, secondary butterflies removed". Are the engine setups that different?

I think the only difference is the emisions. The UK emisions are not as strict (I think) so there for its a different fuel map.

Thought about that, but it's just very interesting. For example, I thought that removing the secondary flies would have a much larger impact than simply adding slip-ons? If anyone gets a chance, go throught the various maps on the dynojet site. Another example, a full muzzy system actually takes fuel away between 2k to 4k rpm, where the slip-ons add fuel? For the life of me I can't understand that?

Any fuelling/dyno brains figure this one out yet? I've posted the question to Dynojet and on the feedback form to Muzzys, will post something if it can be answered.
