I have to agree with you. I rolled past the 10k mark today on my way home from work . There are other bikes that I like but if I could only have one. This is it.

I'm loving my bike too. I got my 1st set of Pilot Powers removed from the garage and put on the 14 today, @ 4600 miles on the bike. Says a lot for the Bridgestones, I haven't been easy on those tires.

I'm pretty impressed with what I'd call the hard core 10k club. I want to say congrads to all, but lets face it this is one of the easiest bikes I've ever put 10,000 miles on.
Way I figure the oldest ZX-14 is approching 6 months old and that's an avg of about 1700 miles + a month. Pretty dam impressive.
As Maintenance schmuck I wonder how many of you all have changed out the spark plugs?
Not sure if I will take my 14 in for the dreaded 15K valve checkup next week or the week after but I'll keep you all up to date of the results.
Robert

PS One part I've been preaching since the start is the changing of the fork oil. This will happen at the same time so the 15K tune but I've noticed the forks bottoming out when I hit a speed-bump that I've been crossing from day one.

increase the oil volume, this will make the fork progressively stiffer through the travel, but initial suppleness will be same!
I'm getting stiffer springs too though, as the roads here are rough.

I love my ZX, too. Kaw really did a great job (except for the low-end) with this bike. It brings out my bad-ass side and I just feel cool and content riding it. I still can't believe how great this fairly heavy machine handles!
