Rich- A few questions, first awesome job!
Weight bike and rider full or almost empty tank of fuel?
What mods have you done, wheelbase, gearing, what pipe, flies in/out, map?
Again that is some smokin' mph in the 1/8th.

I'm fortunate to have the Rich Craft 1 team of father/son as friends. They won't blow their own horn, so I would like to toot it for them a little.
The race driver 1/2 of the team is the son. I don't think the times he runs with the state of mods on his bike have been equalled by ANYBODY. He is, or shortly will be, as good as ANY rider that makes national headlines. All he needs is coaching / education, which is being provided by the father 1/2 of the team, and more seat time along with exposure at sanctioned events.
The father 1/2 of the team provides the racing experience and insights. He probably knows as much about racing mods as any one who does not make it his profession. He was the first to recognize that the secondary flies were the reason for the flat spot in the low rpm range of the 14. He took the flies on his 14 out and posted the procedures and results on the net. The post was carried over to this forum and is now sop for 14 owners who want all the power the 14 has to offer.
I expect more of these excellent times in the future. He's like the rest of us, tho, who unfortunately have to have enough left over after racing to buy food with.

You only need two tools: WD-40 and Duct Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD-40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the duct tape.
