New 1/8 mile drag strip numbers ..Oh yes....
This is the hottest night we have had so far this year ... temps in the 90s and humidity at 70 % ....Track was a bit slick and had to drop the psi to 34 to get some hook .. Here are my new numbers ..
60 foot 1.56
330 4.08
1/8 ET 6.14
MPH 119.63
This zx14 is getting faster with every pass ..

Good runs smokin! Wish you had some 1/4 mile numbers. I'm going back out saturday night to try for a 9 sec pass. How many runs you have on yours now?

I think with last night runs that makes about 24 1/8 miles runs and i got 5 runs in the 1/4... I'm going next week to run the 1/4 again ...This is just a guess but with a 6.14@119 it should run 9.50 to 9.40s @ 150...I ran an 9.65 with a 6.30 1/8 mile number........ I'll find out for sure next week...

The rule of thumb for those of us that are automobile weekend drag racers is to divide your 60 foot time by 0.65. It seems to come pretty doggone close as long as your vehicle runs fairly linearly consistent after the 60 foot mark. (no crazy gearing, etc). For the most part, roughly 2/3's of your 1/4 mile times are in the first 60 feet.
