To dubious, we grossed 12 billion last year, what makes you think you're so important?

Opposing digits or not.......
For a neanderthal I can actually understand what I read too!
Some people need reading comprehension lessons?
My initial statement was made as a sugestion to Kawasaki, and a request on behalf of all of the people who have deposits, and have paid for their bikes.
I've been told march twice , april once, and heard as late as june many times now.
If everyone wants get all pissy with me because I have gone out of my way to make a request then thats their problem.
As far as name callin and shit, tried pm and numb nutz wanted to go public.
I treat everyone with the same respect i expect until....
Alta kawiguy: I was not ranting, I was suggesting, and I thought pretty reasonably too.
I was simply pointing out that you thought march, Kaws website thought march, here is april.
How bout an update.... too many rumours floating around.
Then the shit is gettin thrown at me

I've seen three to four ZX14s (ZZR1400 here) in the Distributor's showroom yesterday (I couldn't be sure as I was driving through) here in Istanbul, so I doubt anything is wrong with ZX14 engine wise. One was displayed last weekend at the Motorcycle Show and I thought it was just a display model because I had read about delays in US. Well it obviously wasn't judging from what I saw yesterday. May be Kawasaki is trying to deal with certain US legal requirements?

what i don't get is if dealerships and reps told you feb/march/whatever, why are you questioning kawasaki as a whole (who never provided a date until just recently, when they said april) instead of questioning the dealers and reps who provided the dates? beyond that, how many of those said that it WILL be there rather than it SHOULD or is EXPECTED to be there in month X (just like the quote from alta-kawigay)?
dubious, for someone touting reading comprehension as a virtue, you got some work to do yourself.

Incorrect. Kawasaki Customer Service (800# in Irvine, CA) told me in the fall (Oct/Nov, don't remember the exact date) that the bikes would be available in February/March.
It doesn't get any more "Kawasaki" than that...

KMC vs. KHI...When are you guys going to realize that KHI doesn't talk to *anyone* about this? The entire US organization (KMC) is reliant upon whatever KHI plans on telling them. Until the bikes are shipped, arrive, pass through customs are the bikes in KMC's hands. This same relationship exists for every brand. Go ask about Yamahas, Suzukis, Hondas...Same deal. If you want a bike delivered on time without any wondering, don't go into the dealership until they have it on the floor.

We live in the United States, not Japan.
KMC = KHI
Both are synonymous here, both mean Kawasaki. We don't have the option of talking to KHI, unless we speak Japanese and have a Japanese telephone directory. KMC is the North American representation of the corporate KHI, so as far as I'm concerned, what they say should be ACCURATE. Give me a break.

That's just it. It's not like KMC is in any position to dictate terms to KHI.

Calm down guys. I just talked to the owner of Highlands Kawasaki whom has close ties with KMC. He is being told that there are no problems with the motorcyce mechanically. The bike is 7 to 10 days away from being delivered. If yo have any other questions call the nations top Kawasaki Dealer in overall sales @ 281-426-4216 ask for Keith Coble.

Just to set the record straight, I'm not pissed, I wouldn't even say that I'm upset. I'm just impatient these days... I WANT MY BIKE!!! Work has been kicking my ass lately and I need a new distraction.

It's going to be great and a lot more interesting when we start to get our bikes and share our experiences with them versus the current endless debate regarding when they might actually show up!
