Moto GP

In Moto GP raceing are the geared different than regular street bikes, What Im asking is it seams that the shifter is all the way up and they shift from 1 to 6 in a downward motion

yes.thats the way it should always have been.my 74 850 Norton was 1 up and 3 down..I made a heel -toe shiftier for my 91 zx11.i just push my heel down to up shift..great when leaned over...now i just push a button on the 12 and 14r.................
