Throttle sticking point

After very heavy acceleration, throttle will stop at approx 1/4 very similar to WOT, then return to normal. This has happened a number of times and is starting to concern me. All cables are routed correctly and bars are in a neutral position.

If it doesnt do it when you are just sitting there with the engine off and winging the throttle, then its a cable binding situation when the engine torques in its engine mounts I bet. Could also be something hitting the linkages on the throttle bodies, too. Check for all clearances anywhere near the moving assemblies on the throttle bodies. Doesnt have to be something in the cables, could be on the other side of the throttle bodies...
