yea, but run a quick chart comparision of KWHIY to caterpillar, then see which company is winning the heavy equipment global sales game.

no matter if you compare performance (percentage of stock value increases, total sales, revenues, etc CAT crushes KHI)

You'll find the same results with a financial comparison of John Deere to KWHIY, for the record I looked.

The bike division probably only makes up a negligible portion of their overall revenue base, hence the rising stock price.

A consumer recall on bikes probably wouldn't make a dent in KHI's picture now, if the two aren't even under the same banner...especially if the recall is voluntary...and if they don't have to disclose details of the recall just yet to the SEC, or whoever governs that market where the stock is listed.

word, their motorcycle business is minuscule compared to the real KHI

maybe thats why he's been so bitter ever since Kawi fvcked up and thought the praying mantis green version of the ZX10 would sell. I dunno. maybe you can help him, or at least put him in touch with Mark or someone at Kawi
