power upgrades for the 2004 ZX10R?

yo peeps

long time lurker, occasional poster here etc etc blah blah

any easy powerups for the 2004/5 ZX10R?

was looking for something like removing the flies on the '06.. is there an equivalent on the '04?

it soynds stOOPid but i'm kinda getting used to the power of the ZX already n need a little more poke...

i suppose next step is to mess with the gearing... but dropping on on the front sprocket would make 2/3/4/5/ way too short i reckon...

ideas?

thanks in advance

Balance the motor and drop in a ohlins shock and you'll be hittin 205mph in no time. Just kidding. Are you looking for changes for the track or street? If for the track you should take out at least one tooth up front, I took 2(15t).

I removed the flies on my 05, gave it life under 5K. Brock GEN3 and a PC...gave it more life now...going down 1-2 teeth in the front should give me all the "poke" I need now.

hey again - shes got a Remus Evolution (looke shite, was on it when i picked her up)

am thinking of heading down the SATO Racing route, heard good reports from these setups

i'll ask my dyno guy about flies (not even sure if she uses 'em ;-))
