Did you call KMC and file a complaint? You NEED to do this so KMC is aware of what this dealer is (and isnt) doing... we cant call for you... you have to do it yourself...
BTW.... why not fill out their "customer satisfaction survey" while yer at it

I got the general apology and was ensured that they would get the replacement wheels out as soon as possible. I guess I will ride it like I have been.
