Does anyone make a gas GUAGE for our bikes?

Like an aftermarket one, id much rather have a gauge versus a light, does anyone know of any aftermarket gas gauges that would work on our bikes?

Kawasaki makes a couple different ones - ZX12 and ZZR.

Honestly, even if ya had a gas gauge you probably still would have tried to make it to the gas station. Now ya know that 150 miles is "IT". Consider it a lesson learned and spend the money on the "ole lady" the other thing besides my bike I'd rather be riding.

i doubt that the guage would work without a different sender. tho i don't _know_ either way, i doubt the fuel sender in the tank now can tell fuel level beyond "almost empty" and "not almost empty". prolyl just a 2 position switch of sorts.

You could boar a whole in the tank and install a Harley Davidson style gas gauge. Would easily pick up at least .2 tenths in the quarter

I've worked out going by what I was getting up till fuel light came on, around 15 km per litre, which I think is around 40mpg could be wrong on this, should really be getting somewhere around 240 - 250 kms (150miles) to a tank.

i just filled it up to the brim today at the gas station, from being bone dry only could get 4.008 gallons in, i think we have 4 gallon tanks, not 4.5............

Damn I can't even get half 150 miles per tank. I guess you boys obey the speed limit? But then again my back tire want last 1800 miles. We ride hard in the South!
