Looks good Scott
You may be reaching the pump capacity more than the injector limit , those gls are only rated to 400hp or so , but i figure your injectors are good into the 500s

try putting a regulated air supply set to 20 or more on your fuel regulator and powering up your pump
measure the output on the tank return , your probably using 5-5.5cc/hp/min so allow a margine like 6 and if the pump flow doesn't match that replace it with a bigger pump like the 044

had some very bad luck at the track. one of the hold back springs on my lock up let go and a piece of the spring managed to get through the screen at the back of the oil pan, go through the dry sump suction pumps, into the tank on the swingarm, got sucked up and into the oil pressure pump in the motor and jammed the pump, snapped the drive shaft, and the resulting zero pressure toasted the bearings. i was having issues getting off the line and it wasnt wanting to shift out of 4th gear. ran some 9s at 160ish. time to rebuild.... hopefully the clutch i ordered 2 months ago will get finished soon.... this is the second time this type of hold back spring has given out on me, so i wont be using them any more!

Oz, i thought this pump was rated for over 500 hp? (255lph) i see the import car guys getting more than 500 whp with this pump?? i will try your test though

Oh, thats a mess, was hoping for good news not this

output depends a lot on the voltage at the pump , 400hp may be a bit conservative , but above this level i just use a 044 . had a walbro wear out last year, first sign before noticing the low fuel pressure on boost was the glitter in the fuel ,

http://www.stealth316.com/2-fuelpumpguide.htm#j5

good info on the Walbro, and others , little dated but still relevant , just doesn't cover the newer Bosch pumps

my log files from the dyno showed voltage hovering in the high 12s when the battery was up (on the pulls making 20 psi) after charging it. running the fans and water pumps with the motor stopped did run the batery down the day before. I just received a high output reg/rec thats supposed to give me another 20 ish amps to work with. its a different design thats not supposed to get hot (waste power). hoping voltage will be in the 13.5 area under full load.

I dont see the 392 on your link?
what do you make of this?

Also need to factor in the 50 50 mix of water meth.... starts at 15, max output at 33. AEM progressive kit with 4 Devils Own 126ml/min nozzles in the tops of the TBs

got it apart, major damage from zero oil pressure.

spun every bearing, and really spun the center main, taking out the cases, crank, rods....the billet block is scratched in 1 bore, so needs to be replated. the piston will be ok with a little prep. head and valves didnt touch pistons so thats a plus. Ive also never had wrist pins push out of a piston so nicely, also the piston tops look new with a little wipe. very happy with the MTC stuff thus far. I have a very very similar set to put in dads bike this week.

getting some help from Warp 12 Racing and CMG with the rebuild. thanks guys!!!

Scott, I just went through the entire article and as far as I can see, you did everything 100% right AND took your time in doing it! Harry said that unless you have welded a header you do not know the amount of work! HE IS WRONG! it is only if your eyes do not work that you would not know! Just seeing the fabrication and spot welding to fit everything WOOORE me OUT!!

Yes, it is about 1 inch you can raise the tubes in the front before the diameter of the legs are too small to "Safely" clamp with the Tripple clamps! I always used Heavy duty stainless clamps under the clamps to make sure I did not have serious failure.

That is a lot of work time and MONEY just broken! if you do like me and step back for a while for other things you put on hold it will take years to put back together swo do not stop and rebuild as soon as you are physically and financially able to do so!

My last suggestions is to take Parts donations to see if we can at least help that way!

Vincent, did you see the thread last yr from my initial turbo build? theres a liquid air cooler built into the frame

lots of money out the window, but luckily the billet block only needs to be replated. Having friends with parts(at great prices) helps too, I now have cases, rods, a crank, and the oil pump drive shaft lined up. I can have the rods bushed locally, I was quoted 200ish today to get 8 done after the guy had a look at the rods bushed by Muzzys.
Adding Chavcat to the thank you list for parts at a great deal. if all goes well Ill still make the first points meet
