picked up something to pull my trailer...

Wifey liked the copcar fine.
She was content on the drive Houston to Florida a couple mo ago to pick up a 7 x 12 enclosed trailer.
But on the way back copcar's 250hp wasn't enough, it was stressed over 65mph,

Wifey didn't say anything, not wanting to hurt my feelings and all, but I KNOW she was thinking:
"what is this 65mph shit? Are we EVER gonna get back to Houston?"

So, to keep my wife happy, i upgraded to 400hp.

See, now she is happy!!!

It's ALL about keeping mama happy.

The sacrifices I make...

Dude that's a shaggin' wagon if I ever saw one. Nice catch.

But what's become of the no-frills, hardcore Entropy of yore? A fancy-shmancy (matching even!) truck and enclosed trailer??!!?? The interceptor and wire trailer not good enough for the Bazooki???

I'm gonna make Loring just to see that clan roll in!

We rented a new Suburban last year for the six of us to go snowmobiling in Colorado and that thing done GREAT!! With the cylinder deactivation it was knocking out 18mpg on the freeway and it was comfy.........I was impressed.

You're gonna love it on the open road.

hey Doug,
yup, this bad boy could:
a) pull a very big trailer at 65mph,

or

b) pull my 7' x 12' @ 80mph

i'm going with option b

Dan,
I am VERY much looking fwd to hitting the road somewhere, Mojave on April 10 will be the 1st real roadtrip.

Deep down, I think Karl just got tired of being confused with his doppelganger at Mojave #1, and decided to change out the entire fleet. No more ZX-12, no more CVPI, no more open trailer, no problem.

Karl, I have a nice head and cam package for that rig that makes 525 hp.

Or you can put a crank and piston kit in it and make it a 416. The 416 with our head and cam package makes 630 hp on pump gas.

Or you can put the procharger kit on it with our head and cam package and get 875 hp on pump gas.

I have the heads and cam in stock !!! Oh you will need a set of headsrs and and exhaust too. Oh, and the HP Tuners software.

With the procharger you will save money on trailer tires, they will just touch down once in a while at 90 mph as the trailer flaps like a flag in the breeze... think of the savings on trailer tires, axle bearings etc.

Just some options for ya

Tim,
i think you are on to something; as soon as i saw that copcar pull in to Mojave with a Zx12, i got dizzy, woozy, and disoriented (even more than normal).

To fix things, i hurried back to Texas:
changed houses,
sold the 12, bought a Busa,
got an enclosed trailer,
sold the copcar, bought a rolly-polly car,
changed jobs

When i go back to Mojave, i'm hoping the scary apparation will have vanished.
