uurrppp, MAN! that Popeye's chicken is good!!! Wash it down with 4-5 Old Mill's

Three basic food groups for Team Fat Ass: salt, grease, beer

Although I really admire KC's skills, MM is my hero. Becha MM isn't afraid of a big plate of Hooters wings, large fries, maybe some crab legs and several drafts, and he is still real quick.

There you go, you had to mention steamers I am originally from the :land of the bean and the cod" and grew up on steamers (softshell). Yep, 10# of steamers, melted butter, and a fridge full of cheap beer! That's health food!

Bearded Clam is lower in calories and higher in fun!

I weighed 820 before I got my leathers so I'm looking at 830-840 , bike and myself total weight.10.52@139 is my best time so far.I'll get in the 9's if I have to strap 2 JATO rockets on my 12 to do it.

My bike weighed in at 525 w/fuel. I'm about ~190 or 200 w/gear.

Truck scales and "new math"

Nothing that would be that accurate. The new math intails taking the truck scale weight, dry weight and the amount of weight that I have removed (I've weight each piece, nut and bolt... I have no life) and some guessing.

Truck scales - 534 lbs. (bike only - full tank and all my gizmos & gear)
Weight removed from bike - almost 30 lbs.
Bike wo/gear, gizmos and fuel - 485 lbs.
Red Elk - 212 lbs. (buck nekid)
Riding gear - 18 lbs. (guess-timated)

TOTAL PACKAGE (with no fuel) - 705 lbs.

Add a full tank and it's closer to 740 lbs. Now the big question is... if I want an accurate weight of my bike, where do I go? The nearest drag strip is 120 miles away and I don't think that there's going to be any events happening for a while (Duh!). Even if there was, I doubt if they'd let "non-competetors" just jump on the scales for shits and giggles. So, where do I go?

Near by truck and grain scales are meant for a lot heavier objects the my bike (even with me on it). I don't think rolling the front wheel and then the back, onto a bathroom scale will cut it either. Not that I plan on going to the strip and prove how slow I really am, it's just I'm curious as to what my bike REALLY weighs.

I too am a "team" member....

I call it "FATASS Motorsports"....
210-215 for myself alone!!!
Instead of buying 7lb wheels, I could
lose 30lbs, and save myself $1500 in the process!!!
