Has Dean posted his NEW HIGH HP???
I didn't "search" but didn't see Dean posting the latest on his bike here???
Unless there is another one out there that I don't know about...
HE is going to have/own/BUILD one-of-only-two ZRXs to ever run a 7-second 1/4 mile
I have NEVER been one to say I think anything can be done before I actually SEE it but...I have complete confidence that Dean IS going to do it
His bike has now pulled MORE THAN TWICE AS MUCH hp as my StreetTurboZRX!?!?!?
UNreal...GOTTA love it...
OH...by the way...
This is a 1080cc motor!!!

It lifted the head on the 32psi 472hp pull, so when the ARP studs are installed, maybe I can post an 'intact' chart, and maybe one with a little intercooler in a bottle on top Thank you Kawasaki, SM2W, Kevin. Should go 180+.

Awesome numbers Dean and SMTW
What I have read over the years when your bike was nos and than on too different bore sizes, on too the turbo passing the 300 hp,350 now 470+ what an accomplishment gotta make ya feel good! and Kevin/Ryan
I will never make those numbers are aspire too or dragrace my 1k . I never get tired of researching different things to modify on my old 01 1k+ than twisting the throttle on one of our flat straights we have a abundunace of here in Florida makes the downtime worth it and I don't regret once the $$$ invested just the bad decesions and puked motor but NM + methanol sure was fun while it lasted.. oh well can't learn unles ya make a mistake or two
Very cool too read projects like yours using an older platform with a mix of older and newer technology and kicking ass!
What kind of wheels are those? look like zx-10 or BST's?
Merry Xmas

They are ZX10 wheels... Rick...
I have a pair of them on my BlueTurbo also...
Mine are the Bronze-ish color...they are a close enough match to the ZRX1200 Engine Covers to look really good...IMHO...
2-more HP and Dean would have beat our highest-to-date HP on this Dyno...
SOOOOOO close...
That's OK...when he gets the NewHigh #???
It will be by more than a couple of HP

They look good.
Awhile back in I believe in roadracing World the 2005 litre bike shootout they weighed the Jap 4 cyl wet weight and sepearately the wheels/tires. The Zx-10 was the lightest overall bike but had the heaviest wheels/tires followed by the R1, GSXR and surprise the lightest wheels were on the heavist bike the CBR1000 strange eh?
