The Friday, April 6 day would be good for me. Another good reason to procrastinate about my taxes.

I did speak with Jason last night. and here is a little information.
1. we will not have to pay extra. it will be the 100 ea.
2. I told jason we will buy the extra 5 spots so it will be an all Bikeland Group.
3. only 3 dates have the MIR/Rock series races after them. and that would be
June 1st
July 27th
September 14th....
so my suggestion is we choose one of the three dates above...
Karl, left you a message and I will try and call you later...
Thanks
Mike

Money is already paid. They never refunded it for the rain out so they said we could go next year and it would be prepaid.

I would love to make this event. It would be a 20+ hour drive for me as well.
Sounds like a fun event. It would be nice to have something like this located in other regions (Midwest). Who do I call to register?

CR... I dont think you know the background behind my suggestion for moving the event, and it has nothing to do with Jason...
BTW I'd like to add that this event should only be open to members of the site who are in good standing. It isn't open to the public and if there are any concerns about this contact me... MM and Entropy both know the reasoning for this... Bikeland will help out in any way it can ($$$) to keep this event private.

Fish,
also 10-4 on keeping it to Bikeland members; don't worry about $$$, I got it covered if need be. My small contribution for all the site has done for me, yep.

Ryan, he's not kidding.
I gotta see if i can make this one. I've never run a bike down the 1/4 mile. I guess I'll have to get up to LVD and practice before the event. Maybe I can get it into the 10's

Jim,
You have to try and make it. That would be great!! Maybe you and Pete could car pool to split up the cost of gas and such. It would be great to have you there. If their is ANYTHING I can do to help make it happen please don't hesitate to ask.

Cool, thanks Ryan.
The main reason I never put an arm on the bike is because I ride it on the street. And I need all the handling i can get riding with a gsxr1k and a zx10 most of the time.
I'm thinking of getting another bike for 2 up, so maybe I'll make this one a 1/4 mile bike!?!!?
Besides, I really need to slow the fuck down on the street. I might buy some powerless v-twin junk (HD) that is comfortable for the wife. I dunno yet.

You don't need an arm. Leave it stock wheel base if you want. This is just for fun anyways. You will just need to baby it out of the hole. I've got some rear lowering links and a front end strap I can send you if you need them. Just say the word.
