We had a batch made back in 2009. Sprocket specialists made them, they are out of California. It was a little cheaper to have them made in a batch than a single unit.

Yup. The stock sprocket cover will need some "work" to fit....or you can just run without it.

None took a 19 tooth. Its a custom sprocket. Its not like the zx11 sprocket that was 17 from the factory that bolts onto the zx12.

Talon in the UK made our 19t sprockets and even made me a one off 20T.
Big CC did have some in stock so you could get one next time you come to Santa Pod unless you need it before.

I bought a front sprocket for the 12R that was an odd deal when I switched mine to a 520 chain ( I don't drag race my sportbike ) NO ONE ON EARTH list a sprocket for a 12R in 520 BUT ..... PBI cross referenced the shaft spline and size and came up with me one that fit perfect that fit some year or another Honda CBR 600! Who would think a 600 would have the same output shaft size and spline of a 12R but at some point Honda felt they needed that. Point is the guys at PBI can and will find you a sprocket that will work for whatever you want or need. I have no problem believing they have a 19 tooth that works.. Hard to say what it was originally made for but their system is set to allow them to cross reference the output shafts off every make. Smart person set that system up.
