ok so my dumb ass rode my bike without the baffle in my bike. I have a hindel full system.
Yes i know what they say but its true is a hindle full system.
Ok so back to the topic.
No problems up till the day i decided to take the baffel out and see how loud my pipe really is. OMG this is a reason to get pull over for real. LOL
back on topic rode about 20 miles and all of a sudden the bike wont go over 70mph and cuts off while running.
Help.
Got the bike home ready to take it to the shop now the bike wont stay running.
as we all know after so many tires of try to keep the bike running the battery dies.
So its at the shop now but still want to know has anyone had this problem.

Does the FI light come on? If it does, check the codes. And even if dosen't check the TPS voltage and also IAP-voltage. You do have a service manual?

Good...you dont need a PC anyway...I've been DragRacing my 2002 zx12 since day 1 and never had a PC in it...Have an Akrapovic pipe on it, still NO Problems!!!...The 12s run rich no need for the PC...

So do u feel the same (no PC) with a 1270 kit? Can I just put a zero map in so I can still keep my dynojet quickshifter function? N is a zero map the same as having no PC? Does any one else feel the same bout the no PC? Just curious, since I don't have a custom map I may try it,

Crotchrocket , I agree with you about no PC with the Akrapovic, but just about every other pipe needs one. Did you try to reload your map. I have seen them loss the map especially after a low battery condition.
