muzzy clutch install, help

anyone can help me do this. i got a manual for the clutch install.. but was wondering if the "muzzy"clutch is installed differently other than the 2.os. Does anyone got the muzzy install instructions handy so i can look at it?
I got the basket, hub, 6 springs the bearing sleeve and that's it. I dont know "exactly" what comes with the kit. i had been searching rigorously through the search forums and found that a forum member "mentioned" the kit came with the plates, hub, hub bearing springs and a ____washer? didnt know what the washer was. is it a different washer?
just using the setup for street, no racing planned!!awe..but the original clutch got about 25-30k on it so i figure i would switch with the muzz...
anything i should look for when installing? and also anyone got a pdf of the muzzY setup instructions.
do you need to add a little more oil than the 3quarts and a filter with the swap since the clutch is supposed to get a little more oil to it?
and should i do the cross drill, flat spot on the puller? thanks, sorry so long...

I just bought a complete set of steels and fibers from Muzzyz for $199 plus some shipping....But if all you need is fibers RONAYERS.COM has them for $7.12 a piece....
You can flat spot the puller if you want...Do a search on it, I think kzscott posted a diagram on how it`s supposed to look when flattened....No extra oil need to be added....Soak your new fibers good.....

book says to "insert the clutch gear setting to the hole of the clutch" , no clue what that means. this is before you take the basket out.
then
during installation the book says to, "align the teeth of the clutch housing gears by the setting.

after reading alot on another board about the 12's i went ahead and ordered a new inner hub from muzzys. i got an 01 model A2. i got the muzzy clutch basket. im just thinking that the hole in the basket has got to be facing to the front of the motor. but does the basket have to be lined up- with the gears a certain way. im stuck.
im also seeing that you should keep the chatter rings in the clutch pack. does that include keeping them with the muzzy 2.0 clutch pack?
lots of questions from a newbie clutch.

Are you reading out of the ZX manual???
About the chatter rings...Some run them some don`t...I just got a Muzzy clutch kit and it had 1 fiber that was different than the rest so I just put in 1 chatter ring....

i got a manual. i had to use kzscotts Link to the clutch pdf.

http://kawasakiworld.com/racing/40613-factory-clutch-setup-manual-oem-diagrams-pics-beginners-read.html

page 5-9 right after it says to take off the hub. it says, "insert the clutch gear setting to the hole of the clutch
and
page 5-10 right after it says to put on the oil pump. it says to,,align the teeth of the clutch housing gears by the setting.
i had to use the link cuz i couldnt find a way to copy and paste the image from my own manual.
if its as simple as turning the shaft to the right and putting the billet basket so the hole is forward to the engine then i guess i am overthinking this.
hopefully you all will have pity on my ignorance.

the 12 has anti backlash spring loaded gear. to line up the teeth you need to stick something into the basket and pry against the springs a bit. the hole is about 1/4 in and theres only one like it.

not a great pic, but its the hole at the right

ok, so when you put the basket on, you got to push the that little spring loaded piece in the hole to get both of the gears on the basket to line up on the gear in the motor?
thanks.

ya, the other way i find works is to leave the sleeve off of the trans shaft. put the basket roughly where it goes, and shove the basket into the crank. this will spread the gears and make them line up, then pop the sleeve in.

make sure the oil pump gear goes back on the right way!

i didnt see any specific way to do this..the manual just say to put it on.

i got a 1/4 punch to align the gear on the basket with each other. and as long as the sleeve goes in it should be lined up, correct?
thank you for helping me.

well if it goes on backwards it wont turn the oil pump and you will fry all the moving parts if you run it.

punch should work
