04 injectors-395cc/min.
After 16,000 miles of mostly re-formulated gas,I figured it was time to send my injectors to RC Eng. for cleaning.I was surprised when they called friday to tell me the injectors were 384-388 cc.After cleaning they now are 394-395 cc. The 04-05's are speced at 395,something I was'nt aware of.Also,the brass air screws on the throttle body were set closed except one that was 1 turn open.I asked RC about setting these screws but they,like everyone else I've asked,did not know.In the past,on a 02&03, I've set the screws at 1.5 and I noticed a improvement when the motor is cold-smoother take off from first gear.

I have an 04 so it is Good to hear that our injectors are larger then earlier models . Also our throttle bodies are 1mm larger that earlier models. (I found that out when I installed a set of Bear stacks and there was a lip at the bottom. So Bear is making some special stacks for 04 and 05.) So we should be able to make more HP. Now If we could only get rid of that dam restrictor

395 cubic feet per minute of fuel is one bigass injector!
