Can someone splain this fer me????

Stock exhaust with a Muzzy sticker kickin out 400hp???????? Why didn't I just get the sticker instead of full exhaust???

I wonder what he's upped his redline to if he's getting 168MPH with a 56 tooth rear sprocket I do like the carbon body work though.
