Fish has reported that HD has not come onto the board under his own name in a very long time. Whether he has a second secret-squirrel account or not is not known, but hardly matters, except perhaps as a violation of the general rule to have only one account.
I doubt anyone writes posts here with the intent of Hanoi Dale personally reading them. I know I don't, anyway. A post mentioning his acts is no different in that regard than one referring to, say, Hanoi John or Hanoi Jane's acts. One doesn't expect the perpetrator to read it, but there can be aspects to mention to others.
