I'm waiting to hear from the guy that is supposedly putting a "kit" on his V-Rod before he races me. It's been amazingly quiet lately, maybe he came to his senses. When will they pack it up and bow to the King?

I'm a little pissed.....
All I wanted out of the whole deal was for the truth to come out. I wasn't even the one who got the whole Boss Hoss vs. ZX-12R deal going. It started after they featured a 502 Boss Hoss on Horsepower TV and billed it as the quickest and fastest production motorcycle. There was a post on labusas about it and a guy named Brian had e-mailed Monte Warne about the possiblity of racing a sportbike, he of course was confident and said sure if anyone wanted to come to Dyersburg he'd be glad to race one of his 502 monsters against it.
Enter my retarded ass  , being that I live in Dyersburg, know the whole Boss Hoss deal, I offered to run my 12 and called Monte. We set up a time and place, everything was cool. The day of the race he took me and my "crew" on a tour of the Boss Hoss Facility and showed us various stages of production etc., very interesting. Like I said then, I'm always happy to see a hometown boy do well, and he has turned a dream of his into a huge business and is making much loot.
We went to GRR raced , I won, we talked, he gave the 12 props and that was it. I went back to his factory the next day and got a copy of his videos of the runs to have with mine. He then gave me some T-Shirts and caps. Everything was cool, even though I could tell his pride was hurt a little.
I've heard various stories from different people, but have never heard this version that came from the Barnetts Magazine. The video tape of these runs was shown at gap 1 and it is as I said it was. The BH never saw anything but the tail light of the 12 PERIOD. Monte may not even be the one behind this bogus ass story, but I'll bet he knows about it. Punk ass sore losin' bitches. They may fuck around and get dealt with.

... until proven otherwise, I think we should give Monte the benefit of the doubt. Even if the article states that he said this.
Sure, he might have said this, After all, how many 12R riders read this magazine? Still, I'd think he'd have a little more "marketing sense" then that. After all, such cavalier comments will only result in the MASS HUMILIATION of every BH owner that dares to take on a sportbike.
Though I'm all for reducing the "gene pool of ignorance", splattering ignorant BH owners across the highway as they try to keep up with a 12R... isn't exactly what I had envisioned.
Until Ninjaman talks with him personally, I'm withholding my opinions. If he IS full of shit... I say a challange need to be given to this "rag" and the LET THE GAMES BEGIN! The only difference will be... THIS time, they'll need to put their MONEY where there MOUTH is!

The race was last april so I doubt this is the case. I looked for the magazine (Barnetts) last night but couldn't find it. I would love to see "exactly" what it says. Better yet, I'd love to hand deliver a copy to Monte and chat with him about it. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt for now, and ain't lookin' to really stir a bunch of shit. But I'd like to see the truth told about this, it makes me feel my efforts were in vain. I really didn't get shit out of the deal. Some bullshit T-Shirts and caps,........for what????
Most of the local riders around here know what happened. Even the guys at the Suzuki dealership were laughing about it, and for the record they aren't big fans of the ZX-12R. In fact the 12 is a mystery to a lot of people, they think they know all about it, but in reality they haven't got a fucking clue.

For the record after I beat them everytime, I heard one of his guys say we were pulling him on the other end. I politely said lets see, let's top them out and see who pulls who. The whole 2 up deal was an attempt to allow the BH rider a chance to hit the gas as early and as hard as he could and still get good traction. It worked because that was our closest run.
Leather clad??? I wear Joe Rocket ballistic gear. I didn't bow down to anybody that day. I kicked their ass on a ZX-12R with a timing advancer and a freekin' bolt-on can. Granted I did have it slammed so I could go WFO when we hit them from a 50 mph punch.
I am so pissed that the story is not even close to the truth and the retarded fucks know that there is video of this and knows I've got them. (read had) He (Monte) even gave me a copy of the video his people took. I took that video to gap 1 and let everyone see it. Did anyone see anything other than what I've said here??????
I ran from a punch to help them with traction issues, the one and only dragrace happened against a 350 powered bike because they thought it'd hook better. I let my buddy Daniel ride that race because he is about 30 lbs. lighter than me. Whoopie, that puts him in as a featherweight at around 245-250 lbs., it was a joke, but to be fair the BH ignited the rear tire. Still an ass whippin' is an ass whippin'. Not my fault they can't ride what they build. Pussies.
Guys I'm just pissed because I feel like my efforts were in vain. A lie is a goddamned lie anyway you fucking slice it. So I have no remorse for calling them a bunch of lying inbred motherfuckers. This shit is not over by a long shot. I never ever came off as trying to be Billy Bad Ass and told them my bike wasn't shit compared to some other 12s and busas out there. I am through for now because I am RED FACED and wanting to take the 10 minute drive to see Mr. Warne, and we all know that wouldn't be the thing to do right now. His day is coming, and I can't wait to see the look on his face when I print this shit off and hand deliver it to him. Plus one of my videos is going to find it's way to someone that will set the record straight. Cycle World, Motorcyclist, someone might print it. I know a Cruiser rag won't because they hate sportbikers. I am one pissed redneck right now and revenge will be mine. I don't give a fuck if it is petty of me, I was nice to those fuckers after I made that overpriced pecker extension look like the crude turd that it is. Fuck 'em, It's time to even the score.

Thats what i say! SEND OUT THE TAPE WITH A COPY OF THE ARTICLE! Ther is a guy that works with me that has 2 pf these bikes. He let another guy talk him into a race with me that he backed out of quick. Saying his bike isn't for racing. He was right, I had plans for his money soon as a race came up. A 502 is a great motor, IN A VEGA.

Now I feel even worse.
It was bad enough not finding you last year when you raced, but now I can't even back up your side of the story.
I went up and down that road looking for you, but I just never found the spot where you were racing. In hindsight I should have followed the Boss Hoss group south. But as far as I knew they might have been going to Memphis.
Sorry I didn't make it to be a first hand witness for you.
I doubt he will give you another shot at him unless they have built a Boss Hoss just to race bikes like ours.

Another Update......
Mark Barnett has e-mailed me and told me that he'd give me equal space in his magazine to tell my side of the story. I told him I had no problem with writing the article as long as he threw his comments in about what he sees on the video tape. I want him to verify what I, and everyone else who has seen the tape has seen. We've still got a few details to iron out but I've got to have all the information to him by april 7th which should be no problem. I hope this happens.
